Edgalaxy is back and better than ever

Life can be pretty busy at times and this has really been the case for me of late and as a result I have had to take some time off writing Edgalaxy due to the birth of our lovely daughter Eva Grace Cummins and looking after her sick older brother Ned who are all doing well at the moment as can be seen in the above photo with my lovely wife Billy.

The upside to this is that I have also given Edgalaxy a total overhaul and rethink as it has really outgrown its original layout and purpose due to a few kinks that needed to be ironed out before I could take it further as a useful resource for teachers around the world.  A few things had to go...  A few things needed refining.. and a few things had to be added to really make it a 'A Cool Website for Nerdy Teachers'.

All the major news can be found on the homepage now as it happens and teaching ideas and lessons have moved from our clumsy mindmap to their own curriculum sections.  Teaching Apps and Gaming is still here and Ihave really cleaned up all the clutter of our 'previous' overbearing advertising and tried to create a clean layout to help you find stuff in a hurry and let you get on with your job.

As of tomorrow I will begin adding content again and really thank my regular readers for being patient over the last couple of weeks as there has not been much happening.  Don't forget to subscribe to our RSS, Twitter and Facebook accounts to ensure you don't miss out on anything.

Thanks
