Interactive Learning Resources from Magic Studio
Magic studio has been developed in conjunction with museums, publishers, teachers and pupils to provide an easy to use and highly engaging approach to visual, web based learning.
There are two parts to Magic;
The Magic Content Exchange combines content and resources from museums, archives and publishing houses with resources built and shared by other teachers. It is can be searched via the web or directly from a schools learning platform. Resources in the Content Exchange can be used in the classroom, free or on a pay as you go basis from a very affordable price.
Magic Studio gives access to a number of simple to use web-based tools to either customise existing resources or to build new resources using audio, video and pictures, either from the Content Exchange or your own personal media from Flickr, You Tube, Picasa or your home PC.
Individual users can get a free personal account at www.magicstudio.com. Magic Studio Pro is an enhanced, paid for service to schools and Local Authorities wishing to take advantage of cross-platform collaboration, sharing and community building amongst teachers, learners and parents.

This is an exceptional resource.
I sent you atweet about another one I think will be really good-
It's called e-adventure and it's a download that actually helps make game-like simulations & other resources. The results can be exported to SCORM- and added to LMS, CMS. There's video- I'd like to know what you think- you seem to hit the nail on the head more often than not!
Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!
BTW- I have a list of favorite gamemakers here- and MagicStudio is one of the ones listed!
My site didn't go thru- here's the list of game makers-

Anything that gets students away from PowerPoint is great, but this application looks like it's fun to make and certainly it's fun to go exploring to see what might be found. Thanks for the 'heads-up'.
I'm new at this technology, but the site looks very interesting. When I searched on the site it looked like you had to pay for services. Is that correct? I'm a grad student in elementary ed and wanted to explore the site for future teaching.
