Hi I'm Kevin Thanks for taking the time to check out Edgalaxy. I basically started this up in 2009 to assist my role as an ICT coach at school to filter high quality and useful web sites, resources, lessons and web tools from the commercial rubbish aimed at teachers.

Originally it was just aimed at my staff but with over 50,000 visitors stopping by before the end of 09 alone it has taken on a broader audience and international flavour.

Based in Victoria, Australia I am an e-learning coach and work with a wide range of people face to face and globally online. I have a Masters Degree in I.T Education from the University of Melbourne and an Arts / Teaching Degree from ACU, but basically I am just a computer geek who can break technical jargon down so the average teacher can use it in their classroom. I don't recommend anything unless I can see a purpose for it that will make your professional or personal life better for using it.

I Hope you get some use out of Edgalaxy - I look forward to building upon its rapid growth and success to make it the best educational tech blog on the web.  Well that's the plan anyway.
